The Board ensures financial stability through oversight of assets, risk management, compliance, and crisis response. Duties include approving tuition, fees, financial statements, and preparing financial reports for the General Assembly, in line with the bylaws.
Effective Board Operations
The Board maintains its effectiveness by implementing policies for Trustee succession, meeting protocols, committee management, and professional development. Permanent committees, such as Finance, Audit, and Governance, ensure specialized oversight.
